Is it also possible to set up a special court to deal with these senseless and abusive acts since it's becoming rampant so that Victims can get early Justice because the delay in getting Justice is what pushes victims to resort to ways and means not prescribed in our Constitution. Bottom line is Democracy is expensive so let's pay the price. The Government of Ghana has facilitated the safe return of Mr. Emmanuel Akowuah Asamoah, a Ghanaian national who was seen in a widely circulated video linked to recent xenophobic incidents in the Republic of South Africa. The Minister for Transport, Hon. Joseph Bukari Nikpe, paid a working visit to the Port of Tema to inspect the progress of ongoing dredging works aimed at enhancing navigational efficiency and operational capacity at the port. The exercise involves the dredging of the  turning basin from -11.5m to -14m, while Berths 13 and 14 are being dredged to depths of -14m and -12m draft respectively to accommodate larger vessels and improve operational efficiency.
