Civil Defamation Works in Court: Use It..!! Enock Agyepong Writes:

Image
While we continue fighting for "Freedom of Speech" to be Respected, let's be decorous in our outburst especially on radio, TV & Online as well as encourage victims to go to court when defamed. Is it also possible to set up a special court to deal with these senseless and abusive acts since it's becoming rampant so that Victims can get early Justice because the delay in getting Justice is what pushes victims to resort to ways and means not prescribed in our Constitution. Bottom line is Democracy is expensive so let's pay the price. Byheart talking must stop or reduce drastically but that can only happen when Victims go to court and get Justice quickly in order to deter such maniacs. In conclusion let me give you an example of why defamation in court really works and must be used. In 2018 Ibrahim Mahama sued NPP's Owusu Bempa and Despite Radio for defamation and won 300,000ghc in 2019. Despite begged Ibrahim and they're pardoned but the stubborn goat ref...

FOCAP VICE PRESIDENT OF RESEARCH – ENOCK AGYAPONG WINS NATIONAL PUNDIT OF THE YEAR AT THE 2026 FOKLEX MEDIA AWARDS

Image
FOCAP Vice President, Enock Agyepong, has been crowned National Pundit of the Year at the 2026 Foklex Media Awards, using his acceptance speech to deliver a strong warning against what he described as the growing “criminalization of free speech” in Ghana through the Cybersecurity Act. It is worrying how a Criminal Libel Law which was repealed in 2001 will find its way back into our law books in 2020 via a Cyber law. Our laws have provided Civil ways of resolving Free Speech offenses and we don’t need any form of Free Speech CRIMINALIZATION. If we’re really practicing democracy and being governed by a tolerant President then we should give the citizens the freedom to speak but if we’re not ready for the consequences that comes with democracy then let’s CRIMINALIZE speech so we go back to the Military days where the security agencies were used to intimidating citizens. Ghana has come a long way especially with regards to the media practice and we don’t need any form of gaging lest ...

In the song, Pzeefire expresses the feeling of being completely energized and elevated by a special woman whose presence makes everything feel bigger and better. The title itself reflects that heightened state—feeling super because of love, attraction, and the lifestyle that comes with it. These symbols represent success and the rewards of hard work, while also setting the mood for a lavish lifestyle where confidence and style take center stage.
