While we continue fighting for "Freedom of Speech" to be Respected, let's be decorous in our outburst especially on radio, TV & Online as well as encourage victims to go to court when defamed.


Is it also possible to set up a special court to deal with these senseless and abusive acts since it's becoming rampant so that Victims can get early Justice because the delay in getting Justice is what pushes victims to resort to ways and means not prescribed in our Constitution.

Bottom line is Democracy is expensive so let's pay the price.

Byheart talking must stop or reduce drastically but that can only happen when Victims go to court and get Justice quickly in order to deter such maniacs.

In conclusion let me give you an example of why defamation in court really works and must be used.

In 2018 Ibrahim Mahama sued NPP's Owusu Bempa and Despite Radio for defamation and won 300,000ghc in 2019. Despite begged Ibrahim and they're pardoned but the stubborn goat refused to beg because he felt his party was in power and went ahead for an appeal, besides he was broke and had no funds to settle that fine which the court won't force a broke man to pay for defamation. He lost the appeal and stayed unbothered.


Fortunately or Unfortunately for Owusu Bempa he started making money and Ibrahim went back to court and got his bank account frozen and his house put on auction then Owusu Bempa finally went down on his knees begging and apologising style biaaa be.












Even though the Civil Justice system is slow it really works so let's learn to use it when someone plays the buffoonery.

TTU TO ESTABLISH DRONE, LITHIUM BATTERY, TYRE MANUFACTURING CENTRES

Takoradi Technical University, TTU, has signed a 5-year Memorandum of Understanding with Kantanka Group to establish technology centres for the manufacture of drones, lithium batteries and vehicular tyres. This the University hopes to achieve through the establishment of Lithium battery, tyre and drone manufacturing technology centres by the Chongqing Transport University in China who also have a partnership with the Kantanka Group of Companies. The MoU aims at not only establishing these centres but also providing students with opportunity to have training relating to their feild of study and have attachment with Kantanka Group. Ghana formally communicated its intention to establish a diplomatic mission in Singapore during a High-Level Consultative Visit led by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Honouable James Gyakye Quayson (MP) from 10th to 15th April, 2026. The visit formed part of a broader strategy to expand Ghana’s diplomatic footprint in Asia to strengthen engagement with key global economic hubs.
