FOCAP is disappointed in Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister for doing nothing about the illegalities at the Creative Arts Agency. Foundation of Concerned Arts Professionals FOCAP has expressed their total disappointment in the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture, Hon. Andrew Egyapa Mercer for failing to honor his promise of correcting the ILLEGALITIES at the Creative Arts Agency. On the 29th of September 2024 FOCAP at the request of the Minister called off their intended Picketing at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture to rather have a meeting with him. At the said meeting the minister promised to ensure that the Board and Executive Secretary of the Creative Arts Agency is legally constituted according to Act 1048 by the end of October.
