Cheddar"s Tigers still in the Residential Estates after Court Ordered them to be relocated to a Zoo?

In May 2022 it came to all of us our notice that 2 Tigers were being kept in an Estates where human beings lived.

The wildlife authorities came in and assured Residents that the Tigers will be relocated in 2months ie July 2022.

The Police in a statement said there were deploying some personel to the Estate to keep the Residents safe until the 2 Tigers are relocated in July 2022.

The Residents living in fear decided to take the issue to court since our laws does no allow anyone to keep Tigers in a residential area.

The Residents eventually won the case and the court ordered the Tigers to be relocated.

The wildlife went to court for an extension of the deadline to 3 more months to enable them relocated the 2 Tigers.

After 18months ie November 2023 BBC News Africa Reported that the 2 Tigers were still living in the Estates despite the court oder to relocate them.

Ques:

1. Are Court Orders meant to be disobeyed?

2. Are the Police Personel still in the area after 18months?

3. Are we safe in this country under these seemingly incompetent Wildlife Authorities?

Interestingly Blakk Rasta a Journalist who recently Reported on this issue was rather threatened by the owner of these 2 Tigers who is making nonsense out of the court orders.

Do we really have Authorities in this Kentry or some citizens are simply above our LAWS?

My final question is that f these 2 Tigers are harmless because they've been declawed by its owner why are they being kept in a cage that was built by experts from India?
