The President's Daughter is ILLEGALY Holding Office at the Creative Arts Agency, Ghana - FOCAP

The Creative Arts Agency, Act 1048 was passed in 2020 under a Certificate of URGENCY.

It means we're suppose to Hit the ground running but as it stands now even a tortoise is moving faster than the Agency and we can only conclude that it was passed just to gain political points since it was an election year.

Whether to gain political or personal or Industry points all we care about is that the law has been passed and we need to abide by it.

Interestingly, our President who is a Lawyer has decided to do otherwise and no matter the amount of red flags raised by FOCAP, he continues to see no evil & hear no evil.

The law states in Section 12 of Act 1048 that

(1) The President shall, in accordance with article 195 of the Constitution, appoint an Executive Secretary for the Agency.

Take note of the word "SHALL"

Fact is for the past 3years the President's Daughter has occupied that position without an appointment making it dangerous for stakeholders because the law says after one year of the passage of this law the Agency must register all practitioners and this directive can only work under a BOARD that will direct or order an Executive Secretary to work.

Our situation right now makes the Certificate of URGENCY very useless and we don't want to even know what is stopping the President from exercising his Constitutional right since he can even appoint his daughter with that same right into office LEGALLY which he has refused.

As it stands now the President's Daughter is occupying the Creative Arts Agency Position ILLEGALLY.
