UPDATE: Current state of Amphitheatres.

GM Fam, as we continue to advocate for the good of the Creative Arts industry, we'll not leave you in the dark.


We'll keep you updated on the projects this government promised the Arts Industry.


In 2016 , they promised 9 theaters, and in 2020, an additional 5 amphitheatre promise was made.


We're in 2023, and the government is still working hard to finish this Amphitheatre in the video inserted.


He actually promised to finish this particular one by July ending, but we're in September and still counting.


Kindly note that as of today, 27th Sept 2023, NONE of the 14 theatres promised from 2016 have been completed.

TTU TO ESTABLISH DRONE, LITHIUM BATTERY, TYRE MANUFACTURING CENTRES

Takoradi Technical University, TTU, has signed a 5-year Memorandum of Understanding with Kantanka Group to establish technology centres for the manufacture of drones, lithium batteries and vehicular tyres. This the University hopes to achieve through the establishment of Lithium battery, tyre and drone manufacturing technology centres by the Chongqing Transport University in China who also have a partnership with the Kantanka Group of Companies. The MoU aims at not only establishing these centres but also providing students with opportunity to have training relating to their feild of study and have attachment with Kantanka Group. The Vice Chancellor of TTU, Rev. Prof. John Frank Eshun, who signed the MOU on behalf of University, while expressing his enthusiasm for signing the MoU emphasized the importance of research to unlocking the potential of rubber industries especially tyre production. GHANA MOVES TO ESTABLISH DIPLOMATIC MISSION IN SINGAPORE FOLLOWING HIGH-LEVEL CONSULTATIONS

Ghana formally communicated its intention to establish a diplomatic mission in Singapore during a High-Level Consultative Visit led by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Honouable James Gyakye Quayson (MP) from 10th to 15th April, 2026. The visit formed part of a broader strategy to expand Ghana’s diplomatic footprint in Asia to strengthen engagement with key global economic hubs. The mission is expected to enhance Ghana’s diplomatic presence, improve consular services for its citizens and serve as a platform to deepen cooperation in trade, investment, technology and capacity building.
