An Over Pampering Executive is Bad for Citizenry.

One of Nana Akufo-Addo's biggest deficiency as a leader is his inability to sack or reshuffle his ministers which has led to them becoming arrogant & content with their incompetence.

It took more than everything for Nana to sack Adwoa Safo when it was obvious that she had abandoned her post and today her apology clearly shows that she should have been sacked long time.

Cecilia after losing 1million dollars to housegirls was not even sacked till she resigned herself.

You can actually be the worse minister and trust me Nana will not even gather the courage to sack you and I keep wondering if this was the Nana I believe in.

The fisheries industry has suffered under his watch in fact a lot of pole & line vessels have been scrapped due to the hardship his government have brought unto the sector yet his minister is still at post. In fact the close season for industry trawl vessels ended on the 31st of Aug 2023 yet over 30 trawler vessels which employs over 600 Ghanaians are still in port today 18th Sept 2023 even though they have paid their licence fee and the reasons is only known to the Minister.

Massa even if you complain to Nana nothing will be done so everyone there will continue to suffer till she feels like giving the go ahead after her endless meetings.

The Creative sector has been over promised with no delivery in fact they were promised 9 theaters and recently 5 amphitheatres with not even 1 completed yet both the minister and deputy are still at post chopping tax payers monies for broken promises and blatant incompetence.

The finance minister is a complete failure with the figures and exchange rates obviously giving him out yet Nana has no balls to sack him not even after all his MPs have asked him to sack Ofori Atta.

With such I don't care leadership what else do you expect these complacent Ministers to do when they obviously know that nothing will happen to them even when they do nothing at post.

Fact is we the citizens are the ones who suffer for such weak handed leadership.

It's just like keeping incompetent employees in position at your work place and obviously you'll become an incompetent CEO but interestingly enough Nana doesn't seem to give a damn.
