Rex Omar initiate Court Action against Akosua Agyepong.

Legendary Musician and Board Director for GHAMRO Mr Rex Marfo popularly know as Rex Omar has initiated moves to sue Akosua Agyepong in Court for Defamatory statements made against him.

In a letter spotted in the media space the Lawyers of Rex Omar have written to Akosua Agyapong demanding a Retraction and a public Apology within 14days or face him in court to substantiate her allegations.

For some time now Akosua Agyapong have been moving from radio and Tv Station to station calling Rex Omar all sort of names including accusing him of stealing.

Example of her interviews on Power Fm, Onua Fm and other Radio stations were cited as part of where those Defamatory statements were made.
